Mojo Dialer + Twilio + FollowUpBoss. Power dialing, SMS, automation. Everything logs into FUB.

Why

Outbound is the engine for the seller motion. Without a real dialer, the ISA can't hit volume. Without SMS automation, follow-up leaks.

Mojo is the dialer. Twilio runs the SMS, MMS, and voicemail drops. FUB stays the source of truth for contacts. One stack. Three jobs. Around $130-210/month total.

Current state

Split state. Mojo half is operational ($50/mo Expired Data subscription live, FUB bi-directional integration confirmed via Playwright on 2026-04-08). Mojo handles expired/cancelled leads natively, so no NTREIS pipeline is needed. Twilio half is held on 4 Phase 0 decisions that haven't been answered since the plan was written 2026-03-20.

Whole project sits at held because the build queue is paused. When the 4 questions get answered, status flips back to in-flight and the Twilio integration becomes the active work.

Next 3 actions

  1. Pick Mojo plan (single line $99 vs triple line $149).
  2. Write voicemail drop scripts (3 max, 30 seconds each).
  3. Pick a Twilio area code and provision the number.
