One-line description. Reorganize personal and work Google Drives. Agent-first taxonomy. Meeting title conventions. Automation for recording filing.

Why

Both drives are a mess. Work Drive has 50+ root folders. Agent folders named by email. Templates scattered. Three separate Meet Recordings folders.

I can't find documents by agent, property, or coaching subject. Every search takes longer than it should. Personal Drive owns master templates so I stay portable if I ever leave Orchard.

Current state

Spec written. Build log started. Three-phase rollout planned. Awaiting Phase 1 execution.

  1. Run the top-level folder rename pass (Phase 1, structure + rename).
  2. Consolidate scattered templates into Personal Drive master folder.
  3. Draft the Meet Recording Sorter Apps Script (Phase 2, automation).
