May 2026 Launch Targets
One-line description. Concrete May 1-31 targets that replace the obsolete Phase 1 plan after the 36-hour compression.
Why
Phase 1 was supposed to take 6 weeks. It took 36 hours. The original Phase 1 success criteria don't apply anymore. Without explicit replacement targets, attention drifts back into infra polish.
May 1-31 is the launch month. Cadence, orbit, and personal-lane work are the targets. Anti-targets (platform hygiene, new scaffolding) get deferred to June.
Current state
Targets are written and locked. The source-of-truth plan lives at Roadmap/plans/2026-05-may-priorities.md (force-ranked top 5 with defined-done + capacity check). Today is day 2 of the window.
